Consciousness and breathing are interconnected. Not just your Life is dependent on breathing, but your actual level of awareness is related to and completely dependent on how you breathe.

Many of the world's religions such as Hindus, Tibetans, Buddhists, Taoists, Sufis, etc., emphasise breathing to achieve a desired state of awareness which - hopefully - will eventually lead to Enlightenment.

There is an energy field around your body that is crystalline in nature and extends 55 feet in diameter from the base of the spine. It is very specific geometrically and is identical for each one of us except in size. In fact, this geometric energy field is not only around you, it surrounds every single thing and being in the universe from an atom to a flower to a galaxy. The understanding of this field is a great universal science which, if applied to you, could change the way you interpret the very nature of this reality.

The remembering of this field can be triggered by a series of metaphysical drawings that are light replicas of the 44+2 chromosomes in every cell of your body and specifically in your pineal gland. This will activate a higher purpose of the pineal gland which is to allow a forgotten, ancient way of breathing to return.

A Key to Higher Consciousness

This breathing is a key to higher consciousness and dimensional translation. By simply breathing in a different way than we do now and by directing the pranic flow through the crystal field, a new world will literally open up to you. This breathing will help you to make contact with your Higher Self so that trusted and clear guidance can come from within. It will give you a means to help yourself and later others. This breath will help you to remember who you are and your intimate connection with the Source of all life and all possibilities of the Mer-K-Ba.

The Mer-Ka-Ba is the Vehicle of Light mentioned in the bible by Ezekiel when he describes the "wheels within wheels" which descended from the sky. "Mer" means light - "Ka" means spirit - "Ba" means body or reality. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light which is a vehicle to transport the spirit/body from one world into another, one dimension into another. It is the Vehicle of Ascension controlled by the prana flow of the spirit/body.

The Order of Melchizedek teaches this ancient way to breathe that is very different from your normal concept of breathing. If you were to breathe in this ancient manner for a period of time, you will literally see and feel the world and the universe as and extension of your Self. Your consciousness would change into that of absolute unity - Christ Consciousness - which leads directly into eternal life.

Drunvalo uses the language of Sacred Geometry to unfold the knowledge of the Mer-Ka-Ba - it is not necessary to know this language as it will be taught.
